Those that are watching what is happening with Pegas Nonwowens, one of the most successful companies in the segment of nonwoven textiles have surely registered an acquisition of Czech investment company R2G Rohan Czech, that is currently holding a majority stake in Pegas and has finished a complete takeover of Chinese-American producer of nonwoven textiles FQN US and FQN China from American group First Quality Enterprises. This merger resulted in the inception of company PFNonwovens with completely new corporate identity. KPA received a clear instruction to execute a complete rebranding of all manufacturing plants and the company headquarters. 10 days of preparations and 5 days of practically non-stop work of our production and technical team is what it took to get the job done. We are jealous of the tan our guys got, however not the grey hair.
